Refund Policy

1. Domain Registrations

Domain registrations are non-refundable. Once a domain name is purchased, the registration fee cannot be refunded or cancelled, as the fee covers the registry cost incurred immediately upon registration. Please confirm the exact domain name and spelling before completing checkout.

2. Domain Renewals

Renewal charges can be refunded within 5 days of the renewal date if requested before the new expiry date takes effect at the registry. Refunds are not available once a renewal has been processed by the registrar beyond this window.

3. SSL Certificates

SSL certificates may be refunded within 5 days of issuance if the certificate has not been installed or actively used to secure a live site. Once a certificate has been installed and used, it is non-refundable.

4. Domain Transfers

Domain transfer fees are non-refundable once a transfer has been initiated with the losing registrar, as this triggers an irreversible process at the registry level.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, visit My Account > Billings and contact support with your invoice number, or email us directly at info@sobidot.com. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe within 5-10 business days.

6. Exceptions

We reserve the right to decline refund requests that show evidence of abuse, fraud, or violation of our terms of service.
